Your use of www.iplan2.com.au is subject to the following Terms & Conditions, which by using this web site you are acknowledging acceptance of. Please read the following carefully.
- Conditions of entry: An entry is valid when you register on the iplan2 website and you post up a comment on iplan2 in response to a blog posted, or post a question on a topic in relation to financial planning.
- Minimum age 18 to participate in the competition.
- The competition is only open to residents within Australia.
- The competition is operated and promoted by the Financial Planning Association of Australia Limited (FPA) ABN 62 054 174 453.
- The competition has been registered with the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing. NSW Permit Number LTPS/09/04942.
- Entries open 15 June 2009, and close 30 October 2009.
- This is a game of chance and the winner will be randomly selected if the entry is valid (see Q1).
- Only entries that are submitted via the www.iplan2.com.au website will be accepted.
- The total prize is the Apple iPod Touch 8GB to the value of $329. There will be one winner only for the duration of this competition.
- All eligible entries will remain the property of the FPA.
- The winner will be drawn at Level 4, 75 Castlereagh St Sydney NSW on the 06 November 2009 at 5pm. Winners will be notified no later than 09 November by phone or email using the contact details from the entry form on iplan2.
- Prize winners will receive their prizes within a maximum period of six (6) weeks after the draw of the prizes.
- The winners name will be published on www.iplan2.com.au within 4 weeks after the winner accepts the prize.
- If a winner cannot be located using the contact information provided on the entry form within 2 business days of the draw, an alternative winner may be chosen from the same pool of entries in the same manner.
- Directors and employees of the FPA including their immediate families, its agencies and companies associated are not eligible to enter this competition.
